Pick a position, choose the questions, send a link. Candidates confirm their email, take the test or record their answers, and you get ranked results with charts, photos and videos in one place.
Choose a position or technology, how many questions and how hard. Add your own written or video questions if you want an interview.
Share the link or invite by email. Candidates verify their email with a one-time code and, for video, take a quick photo.
See scores, ranking and charts. Open any candidate to watch their video answers. Download everything as CSV.
Each question is shown and read aloud. Candidates record in their browser, can pause and resume, and re-record before submitting.
You decide for each assessment. Both run on one overall countdown. Let candidates save and return to the same link before time runs out, or ask for one go in a single sitting. Leaving the page triggers a warning, then a restart.
Email confirmed by a one-time code, plus a photo taken at the start of video assessments.
Multiple-choice answers are graded by the server and the answer key is never sent to the candidate's browser.
On Enterprise, the head of HR adds recruiters and chooses, person by person, who can run questionnaires and who can run video interviews. Invitations go out by email, and the number of seats is set by your package.
Every candidate gets a performance report with their overall percentage and a score for each area. They can add it to their LinkedIn profile with one click. LinkedIn does not verify it, so the report link carries the proof.
Real screens from the HireVation app, in the order you use them. They change on their own, or click a step.
Test what people can actually do. Tasks, coding challenges and games are marked automatically, one step at a time.
Hands-on IT tasks. Candidates click, type commands, drag items into place and fix real problems, like day-one support work.
Tasks for every developer stack. Fill the gaps in real code, spot the bug, say what the code prints, put lines in order, read an error.
Short, auto-scored games that measure how people think. Fresh numbers every time, so answers can't be shared.
Multiple-choice questions with the right answer and a short explanation, for IT, cloud, developers, sales, marketing, HR, recruiting, QA, business analysis and AI / ML.
Candidates answer multiple-choice and written questions with their camera and microphone on. They see themselves in a live panel, the whole session is recorded, and you watch it with their results.
Written and spoken answers are read for clarity, relevance and the skills they show. Test takers get a performance report with their strongest phrases highlighted and what to practise next.
Bring your own questions from an .xlsx or .csv file. They are saved in Your company's questions: tick the ones you want and add them to any assessment.
The head of HR invites recruiters by email within the seats on the package, sees who has joined and chooses what each person can build.

The AI never watches the video. If the candidate’s browser turns their speech into text, an AI assistant rates that text on a published 1 to 5 scale, and you can change any rating. You always have the recording to watch and judge yourself. Multiple-choice and true/false questions are scored automatically.
A recent Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari with camera and microphone access for video questions. Nothing to install.
Technical tasks, coding tasks and games are marked automatically by the server, step by step. Every step allows two tries: right first time scores full marks, right on the second try scores partial credit (with a hint), and after a second wrong try the step is saved as not solved and the candidate moves on. Coding tasks test reading, spotting and completing code; candidates do not write whole programs. Video answers are still reviewed by you.
